I went out today to a local model shop left nose prints all over his glass cabinets and left with a Dapol Leighton Hall rushed straight home and proceeded to lubricate and run in, it ran excellently from the off and an hour of running it's time to hook up to my rake of 3 coaches! but had to stop for dinner so that will be later

Well done, Dave, for making your decision and taking the plunge  I'm sure you won't be disappointed, and that a Hall with 3 Colletts will look great. Post a pic when you have a mo :camera:
I have taken a couple of pix with my phone though the lighting is very bad (Halogen spots) so my pictures arn't the best
Running in and passing the rake of coaches it's to be employed pulling

Then after an hour a gentle pull round
