It's my birthday exactly 2 weeks before Xmas (and my son's on Xmas Day itself).
As regards my model railway - my wish list is quite small and simple :-
1) To resolve a wiring problem I have with my electric points so that I can run trains again.
2) More space so I can build a bigger & better layout.
The 2nd one is the more difficult to achieve as I will need a new storeroom to build the layout in.
Mine is to finish installing and wiring in all my point motors!
Pleased to report that yesterday I solved my wiring problem (Item no.1 on my Xmas Wish List),
by ripping out all the old wiring and starting afresh. All connected electic points now work, only problem is in ripping out the old wires I inadvertedly also ripped out the speaker wires connected to the Hi-Fi system I have in the storeroom, so yet got to replace those.
As it is now December, thought I would send all members on here a Xmas card - so here it is. Tomorrow we put up the Xmas decorations around the complex then in our own Apartment.
