Now you can simply place the URL for a video and it will appear like normal in a post.
The original button that was in the area where you made your posts has been deleted due to a conflict with another function of the forum.
When you copy the URL from YouTube it seems random whether the post just shows the URL, or whether a video box appears with a still from the video. How do you obtain the latter :dunce:

Make sure you use the url that starts http:// and not the one https:// The latter is usually the one you are viewing it on after you've uploaded it so if you copy and paste the link you are using, you only get a link, copy and paste the separate link offered on the page and that should provide the still image. The proviso is that you've made the video public or listed.
When you paste the link don't use any additional tags from the menu above your post, just paste the link, nothing else needed.
