Title: n scale net
Post by: ozzie Bill. on July 21, 2015, 11:33:27 PM
I know that several members here are also members on the US site, N scale net, as I am. I have been trying to get onto the site for over a day now, with no success. Is anyone else having the same problem, please?
Thanks, Bill.

Bill: you are not alone.  I tried yesterday to get no response, and at 0730 today (your time) received the same  'site maintenance' message as you already have.

I guess, if it lasts too long, an email to Bryan might be in order, although as he might be 'somewhat busy' at the moment, his reply could be somewhat delayed.

If I find anything that could be  of interest I'll keep you informed.

If it is of any consolation, I logged on today no problem?

Peter.

Why all the worry? You're already on the best N gauge site in webdom  8)

I have to agree with Bealman - who needs other n gauge sites? Any information I have seen on other sites has already been mentioned on this site, sometimes in a lot more detail! (And in a lot friendlier way  :thankyousign:). David.

N Scale. net have been extremely helpful with sourcing a piece of kit that was not available in the UK, that is one reason in my book that is in favour of being a member of several forums.

...With an additional reason being that very few on this forum (in a relative sense) model US-N, and very few Americans' model UK-N.

As a result, you go where the information is available.

And then, of course, there are the Freelance' N-scaler's such as myself, who have no choice but to have feet in both camps; and in several more besides.  It can at times become somewhat confusing... :) :)

You know what confuciuos says -  Thou shalt model N Gauge your own way.
