Title: Peco SL-E383F
Post by: happyslug on July 13, 2015, 11:52:06 PM
Sorry if this is a stupid question - but I'm only working with Anyrail i.e. not seen n gauge in person as yet so not sure of scale of track or trains.

The Peco SL-E383F - can two trains run side by side at same time on this?

Yes, it's a scissors crossing and trains can run at the same time on the parallel route only.

Yes no problem running two trains, I have one half way along the platform at High Hackton to allow 2 shorter trains to cross if necessary.

Gets pretty spectacular if you have all 4 points thrown and both trains arrive at the same time, just the thing youngsters love so see, a nice big crash,  If you try it, make sure you don't use decent locos though.   ;)
