Star of Hammer Horror,The Wicker Man, The man with the golden gun etc, etc,,,,
And the best Dracula by far, him and Peter Cushing made the best neck-biting films
RIP
Paul
I remember sneaking in to see a Dracula film, starring Christopher Lee. I was about 16! Scared the bejesus out of me!
No one did it like he did it. I think I saw every one of them.
Thanks for that Mr Lee, you were a big part of my early years.
That voice. Few were as epic...
The scene where Lee and Ian Mckellan were having a wizards standoff in the two towers, unforgettable.
And then of course, Christopher Lee was the first person we saw in film to have a lightsabre fight against Yoda. What a moment that was...
Sad day for film geeks as also Ron Moody passed away

He is a man many have tried to copy but never been as good as playing one of my favourite characters - fagan. Nearly everyone bases their performances on his version of this character.
