I wouldn't take that on the local boating lake let alone sail anywhere!

Could be perfect for a weekend.... 8)
Isn't it traditional for such boats to have either a sail (or motor)?!?
What amateur wrote that description? Here's how they should "sell" it:
RARE! You are buying a Professionally Weathered Nautical Vehicle, would make a great addition to any marina. Mint in box (under the cabin seat). UNBOXED, will be well-packed for postage. Floated well last time I sailed in it, unfortunately I do not have any possibility to test it now. Hull may need some attention.
You guys have nee (no) sense of adventure ;D
And in my earlier post, did I say it had to go into the water?
Nautical-themed N-gauge layout "shed" in the garden?
Anyway looking at the advertised location, I have to wonder if it's a Poole-era model.
Nothing wrong with it that a few dozen rolls of duct tape wouldn't fix. :D
:laughabovepost:
Either that or full of pigeons
Wouldn't want to go too mad with the tape, though Malc. ;D

Lovely comment!
This craft would suit the man who was rescued 5 times on the South coast in his home-made boat sailing for Australia with a AA road map as guidance!

Another amateur. He should have posted himself (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-31700049).
I think that it's another challenge for our Ozymandias and does it come with free life jackets as I can't swim.

I'm back at Chez Bealman after my Tasmanian interlude and I was glad when I landed in Sydney but all that rowin' took it out of me :D ;)
Time you and SWMBO called a truce then, George :-X

 I wanted to say that! ;)

Just shown this to my son who works in a marina and repairs boats for a living. He said
that there is nothing there that can't be repaired BUT, 'if' the repair was being done in a
marina the cost would outweigh the price of buying a new one :hmmm:
