I was just wondering if there are any more plans for NGF Commissions, as I would be up for one if it was in my budget.
And if not Why not?

Maybe worth writing a letter to the "Editor" of the Journal?
There are still some RTR models yet to land... I've had a deposit down on a full Brake for quite a while.
HaHa lost you on that one I mean on the forum like this one.

You & me both ::)
So many ideas I have!
An NGF shipping container. Could go on your freightliner wagon or sit in a yard somewhere.
An NGF grafitti decal. Apply it to your wagon/coach/loco/wall/building of choice!
An HAA MGR hopper! I really like them!
An NGF Austerity Tank! (I'm pushing it now)
:-X
Liking these ideas Mr P....
In fact, how about a decal sheet with, as you suggest grafitti, and also suitable decals for your container suggestion (I like many others have loads of spare containers), and maybe signeage for an fictitious office (NGF Industries)........and maybe other ideas people may have.
Cheers Jon :)
Just to make those who don't have one envious (and those who do very smug) here's a pic of the only NGF commission................

A Dapol hopper with Robbies Rolling Stock decals.
The problem the Mods had was choosing a type of wagon that would have the most appeal across the spectrum of eras we all model, and the hoppers took quite a while to sell out.
The same problem would apply to any future commission that might happen as, normally, no one would want more than one maybe :hmmm:
In my humble opinion, never say never, but it's a lot of money for the Forum to have tied up if sales aren't brisk.
Yeah, as NewportNobby says, most folk would only want one. I do like the idea of the graffiti decals, though.
That was sort of the idea of the containers. Reduce the expense by removing the wagon part, but still allowing people with the appropriate wagons to run them.
The graffiti decals would have the advantage of being removable (as long as you don't varnish over them or what have you)
