makes you wonder how soon it will be before there is a health warning on each Farish box, and raids by 'elf-n-safety police !

If you fall over trying to ride on an N gauge loco its not health and safety you need its the padded cell

It's heavily featured except in Daily Wail tabloid land. Actual (non tabloid nuthouse) health and safety is based on evidence, probabilities, systemic analysis using things like ALARP and also pragmatic.

Don't confuse it with frequently bogus stories or with insurance company driven paranoia (this screwdriver packed in a non nut free factory), neither of which have anything to do with H&S and everything to do with our broken legal system.

I certainly hope he 'gets back in the saddle'. Usually there's an accompaniment from HID of "told you so" etc ::)
