Title: N Gauge in Feb. Railway Modeller
Post by: GroupC on January 08, 2015, 08:54:12 AM
In the February issue of this mag (I have no connection with it) there's an excellent article featuring our very own Ian Arkley and his Elvinley masterpiece - well worth a look.

Despite being OO the Railway of the Month is a superb modern layout and also worth looking at. There's also a piece by Ben Ando, and a couple of mentions of the Pendo project which will hopefully generate some more pledgers.

For next month's issue they say they have a feature of a "room full of N Gauge" - 12ft square jam-packed with it, by the looks of the small preview picture.

The article on Elvinley is superb, I cannot read the wiords but the images speak for themselves!

I am VERY envious of his patience and dedication to detail!

Regards, Peter.

GroupC, the Railway of the Month can't be superb, if it's modern  :D

Geoff, try the digital editions, maybe? No storage, and a bit less expensive.

I've been subscribing to the digital version for 3 months now and its very good. You also get access to all the digital versions which started April 2011.

I've just subscribed to a single edition of RM so I can read the Elvinley article. I don't really like RM's digital subscription set up but the layout is too good to miss.
