Title: The World's Most Extreme Railways
Post by: Papyrus on November 24, 2014, 09:35:44 AM
Just spotted that there is a TV programme on tonight with this title, 10pm on More4. I don't recall having come across this one before. It may contain some useful ideas under the heading of 'prototype for everything...'

Cheers,

Chris

Well, that wasn't quite what I was expecting...

However, I did find it mildly interesting even if there wasn't much to draw inspiration from. The best bit was finding out that the Swiss are still using the world's only steam snow-plough that's 100 years old! Who knew??

Most of it has been covered in longer programmes on other channels but, hey, it whiled away an hour
Thanks for the heads up.
