Title: The devil is in the details!
Post by: petercharlesfagg on September 17, 2014, 06:54:32 PM
Friends, I just thought that so often on layouts we see around the world have tiny pieces/dioramas or detailed sections that amuse or stick in the memory for one reason or another?

Might it be an idea to share those things that are so often missed in the general hubbub of shows etc?

To start it off, did anyone notice the graffiti on the German layout at TINGS?

For myself I was struck by the similarity of the allotments, because I used to grow my Sunflowers behind my shed!!!

In fact it could have been my shed being used as a model!

Anyone else have some interesting/amusing details to share?

Regards, Peter.

I do like layouts that have little cameo scenes included and which require a careful look to see them. I think it brings any layout to life.
