Title: Laser cut wooden kits?
Post by: petercharlesfagg on September 14, 2014, 05:02:46 PM
Friends,

Recently, somewhere on the web I was looking at a site where laser cut wooden kits were on offer?

It wasn't Ancorton!

It was advertising that there was going to be a factory building available later this year, but i cannot for the life of me remember who the company is, any ideas?

Regards, Peter.

Hi there

At TINGS Osborn's had on display a range of very nice laser cut wood kits under the ARCHWAY or ARCH label.  Perhaps these are the ones you're looking for?  From memory there were a couple of very neat signal boxes, a water tower based on Didcot, turntable and numerous station buildings and other railway structures.

cheers

Ben A.

What he said...

It would be ideal for my fenland layout. Trouble is, I've just spent months planning it and I'm about to start work. Am I going to have to tear up my plans and start again? Oh, b****r, b****r, b****r! Perhaps when they give a price I might change my mind!

No, Chris, be sensible. Stick with the treacle mine...

Time to beet it outta here, methinks.  :uneasy:

That factory looks good - though it'll need quite a bit of real estate by the looks of it!
