Title: control panels
Post by: bluedepot on October 14, 2011, 06:45:15 PM
hi everyone,

my layout will only have 5 signals on it, 3x ground shunt signals, 1x 3 aspect signal, 1x 3 aspect plus 'calling on' signal.

so that's gonna be 6 switches i should think. (probably a calling on subsidiary aspect will have a seperate switch).

for 6 switches, should i just mount them in a row and number them? seems the easiest option...???

Thats how the real ones are done (but with a diagram helpfully nearby)

yeh more prototypical this way! ha.

i have numbered all the 9 point levers, and there is a colour code system. there is no diagram, i have just memorised them...

with the signals i think i'll just do the same kind of thing, but using toggle switches, not peco levers.
