Title: N Gauge Layouts - Warley 2012
Post by: Bigric on August 11, 2014, 11:11:24 PM
Evening all (as George Dixon used to say on a Saturday evening when I was growing up) , gone back into my photo archives for some more exhibition layouts in N gauge . Unlike the old ones of Chee Tor & Moorcock Junction which I posted recently , these are fairly recent - Warley 2012 , photos of 5 of the various N gauge layouts which were present :

Stoney Lane Depot - Graham Hedge's famous layout in a 1990s urban setting - small but lots of really tasty detailed modelling in there . Loads of much better pics than these available on the web !

Marsh Chipping - BR Western Region near Oxford in the 1960s . Nice use of SD Mouldings buildings (sadly missed !)

Stamford East - BR steam diesel , semi rural

North of England Line - Scarborough MRCs layout , featured in several magazine articles over recent years . Lots of great pics on the web !

Lee Bank - Warley MRCs large exhibition layout which runs as BR steam diesel transition , but also more modern stock sometimes I seem to remember .

As usual , apologies for the photos which are slightly out of focus & a bit blurred !! Link to album is below . Best wishes , Ric
