First time I've seen this... is it an educational website? Seems to be full of electronic, art supplies and stuff. Is it an English company?

From Rapid's website:

"Rapid Electronics started life in a converted room above a garage in Kent in 1979.
In 2012 Rapid became part of the Conrad Group, a multi-channel pan-European electronics retailer"

As an aside, Conrad, a German company with HQ in Hirschau, Bavaria (source: Wikipedia) sells HO, N and G scale models focusing on Continental European modelling through its own website:

http://www.conrad-electronic.co.uk/ce/en/category/SHOP_AREA_37365/Model-Train (http://www.conrad-electronic.co.uk/ce/en/category/SHOP_AREA_37365/Model-Train)

I think Rapid will add more model products for sale now they're part of Conrad.
