Has anyone bought anything from their Ebay shop, or had dealings with them?.
I was interested in a number of items they were advertising but when I sent an email asking for information I never got a reply (just an acknowledgement of the email) to the 1st email I sent, nor to the follow up one sent about a week later (again just an automated acknowledgement).
No problem here - I asked a question via EBay and got answer within an hour or so :)
I've bought a good number of items from them and they're usually fast at replying. I usually message them on Facebook.
Nearly all of my locomotives have come from Katie and I am well satisfied with their supplies.
As for contacting them I have always used the contact the seller box on Ebay, no problems!
Regards, Peter.

I have looked but can't find a "contact the seller" box on their Ebay site - where is it?
I've had a couple of deliveries from KJB. The items are always as described and the service has been very good. I have had very good communications using the eBay messaging.
Katie has just been really helpful sorting out a parcel that my post office returned in error.
The contact the seller button should be on their profile page next to the visit store link...

I've bought a lot from her here in California. Excellent service and she gets difficult to find items fairly regularly. I haven't had a problem with anything I've bought but examine the pictures carefully as sometimes there is a defect noticeable which isn't in the text. My biggest complaint (not really the right word) is she insists on sending purchases more than 20 quid via "signed for" airmail, which is a complete waste of my money. Fortunately her normal airmail postage rates are reasonable, so I've just learned to keep my orders less than 20 quid!

I think the airmail signed for is so that a claim can be made for bigger orders going missing. The plus for me is that I can track the parcel.
It's ironic that our postie has left hundreds of parcels on our doorstep and nothing ever goes missing, and the problem with signed for is that when you're out (at work) they take it back to the depot, where they lose things or return them to sender by mistake!
I will probably also make smaller orders to avoid signed for in the future.
Thanks Guys - I have resent my enquiries via the Ebay site rather than KJB's Website.
Katie said my originals must have gone into Spam (now where have I heard that before!).
Will now wait to see what answers I get, but nice to know that members on here have some good things to say about a Supplier I haven't used before.
I got some stuff from Katie and dealt with her through facebook.. got a 10% discount off the Ebay price and the stuff was as described.. A very pleasant lady to deal with.
Cheers
Mark
I have bought a lot of items from them, too, and have also found Katie very friendly and responsive. When they're busy you may have to wait some hours for a reply (I often ask for coach running numbers). Prices, selection and shipping are all excellent.
Thanks for the info. about the 10% discount when ordering via Facebook which i did not know about as I have always ordered via eBay.
Spoken with Katie both on the phone and via email (now that I not regarded as Spam), and found her very helpful and have made my first order with them.
Usual problems with the delivery address as "PayPal" and other Websites assume all addresses (including post codes) are in U.K. format (which they are not) and that the Canaries are in Spain - but managed to sort that out.
Hope the order arrives O.K. - will see when I get back from my short U.K. visit.
