I know that someone else has posted something about this but I cannot locate it anywhere!
The thin tube is blocked, I have tried Methylated Spirit, White Spirit and Acetone etc. to clear the tube but without success!
I tried a very thin piece of wire but it bent too easily!
I have replaced the tube in the bottle and suspended it upside down in the hope that the glue itself will clear the tube?
Anyone else any ideas?

I use either a long dressmaking pin or a sewing machine needle to clear a hole if it becomes blocked, do the same with super glue and PVA. ;)
As long as we're talking about a plastic bottle with a metal dispensing needle...
A flame. In a controlled fashion... basically, burn off the dried glue.
Obviously the usual caveats about being careful, the metal will get hot, and you will melt the plastic if you heat too far down the metal tube, so probably best to remove it from the bottle first (that and you don't want to set fire to the whole bottle... :doh: )
I find a straightened-out paper clip clears most glue blockages. They are available in different thicknesses, so I find one that fits and give the blockage a good reaming.
Noy having dressmaking pins or needles I use a thin drill bit in a pin vice, - a double ended pin vice allows me to have two different sizes of unblockers to hand.
Another tip that works on some glues which dry brittle squeeze the nozzle with a pair of pliers, this often breaks up the blockage into managable bits.
Also some nozzles are tapered, remove from the bottle and push the blockage out with paper clip/needle/drill or whatever other tool you use.
Dressmaking pins used here (the pack I have were from the £ shop and you got 40 pins. also useful for temp holding stuff to foamboard )
Peco track pin is perfect for this little issue - when you've finished using it pop the pin back in and screw the top on, that way it won't block again... ;)
I have used a piece of fishing line in the past, just push it down the nozzle when you have finished using the glue and leave it there until the next time but without a doubt the flame method seems to work best.
I use that soft wire used by florists for flower arrangements.
