Hi,

Can anyone tell me how much clearance there needs to be around a first radius curve so a Graham farish mk1 coach won't foul any scenery/tunnels?

I find the easiest way to check clearances is to bluetack a pencil or biro to the centre of the carriage or wagon on the inside of the curve, and at the outside end on the outside of curve.

push the carriage etc round the curve, and you will end up with a line showing the min clearances on the inside and outside.
