I was looking for details of wagons on Google and one came up detailing various
liveries etc, britishrailinfo I think, however there was an instant warning flashed up
that this was a dangerous site so I immediately exited. First time I've seen this on a rail related website.
Curious. It only happens if I navigate there from a search engine. If I type or paste the URL into the address bar, I can go there without Smartscreen complaining. Odd behaviour.
It says it's a phishing scam, but the site is plain text about wagons and a picture of a train on a bridge...
I've got ad blockers running, so I wonder if there is or has been something dodgy in an advertising feed I can't see.
That's enough of living dangerously for me, though!
I looked at the Staffordshire Railway Circle website yesterday to check out this weekend's show and McAfee said "Whoa - don't go there. Dangerous site" :worried:
It's perfectly correct - with your spending patterns, another Show is the last place you need go :P !!!
