Title: Manually operated signals
Post by: Tdm on January 22, 2014, 07:19:32 PM
Have tried the Search facility but haven't found what I want.
Who sells a range of either semaphore or more modern light signals for N gauge?
My new layout could do with some signals on it, especially gantry mounted signals but I don't need them electrically operated. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Does this help ?
http://www.peco-uk.com/prodtype.asp?strParents=3340,3344&CAT_ID=3349&numRecordPosition=1 (http://www.peco-uk.com/prodtype.asp?strParents=3340,3344&CAT_ID=3349&numRecordPosition=1)

Ratio kits are stocked by many model rail shops.

Hi Terry,

I use the Berko modern light signals on my layout. Take a look here:

https://railsofsheffield.com/manufacturer/JJP0-JJM82-JJS3-JJC0.aspx (https://railsofsheffield.com/manufacturer/JJP0-JJM82-JJS3-JJC0.aspx)

or here:

You can get them from other places too. You can see them on my layout here in this picture. This is my Class 108 passing a Berko light signal:

Gavin.

Thanks for the replies, will check them both out.
The difficulty is some suppliers won't post to Tenerife.

I bought all my colour light signals as either ready made or kits from http://www.crsignals.com/index.aspx (http://www.crsignals.com/index.aspx) and they ship to mainland Spain.  :)

Thanks for that Caz - have emailed the company to see if they can deliver to Tenerife VAT free.
