There are a number of modelling 'clubs' that may be of interest to you, that have web-sites you can browse and that you can become a member of;

* The N Gauge Society - http://ngaugesociety.com/ (http://ngaugesociety.com/)
* The 2mm Scale Association - http://www.2mm.org.uk/ (http://www.2mm.org.uk/)
* The Bachmann Collectors Club - http://bachmann-collectorsclub.co.uk/ (http://bachmann-collectorsclub.co.uk/)
* The Model Railway Club - http://www.themodelrailwayclub.org/ (http://www.themodelrailwayclub.org/)
* DEMU (Diesel & Electric Modellers United) - http://www.demu.org.uk/home (http://www.demu.org.uk/home)

a well as a whole host of prototype railway societies and local model railway societies/clubs.

 It's due for publication on the 15th Dec. I was wondering myself and found publication date at bottom of page 4.

Model Railroad Hobbyist is not just for N Gauge Alan and should not be confused with the N Gauge Society Magazine. It's an American on-line magazine which caters for all gauges but is predominantly H0 in content. It does, however, have some excellent articles which are relevant to all gauges.

Best regards,

I'm still waiting for Christmas cards  :worried:  but then we have a hopeless postal system, I'll be lucky if I get my journal by mid January.

Veronica, I am only in Italy and we are still awaiting Xmas cards and said Journal. Perhaps the Italians have privatised the SA postal system or Vica versa....

Just the luck of the draw for me.  Had a few things go missing and had a card in my post box to tell me I had a parcel for collection and when I go for it they can't find it so tell me it must have been a mistake!  Next time I go to empty the box another card in it.  Back on the merry go round!
Never mind.  It's dry if slightly cool and sunny and I'm retired.

Look forward to seeing you soon then Jerry,   :)  Most of my stuff from the UK I have sent to a courier service at Gatwick Airport who deliver here 3 times a week for a small charge, have ordered stuff from Hattons on a Monday and it is often here by Wednesday.   :)
