Hello all,
I'm in the process of building up a decent rake of 12-ton vans to put behind my Dapol Western. The recent Farish triple pack ones are lovely, and feature some neat little posters (e.g., "Blue Circle") and chalked comments (e.g., "Empty") that really add to the overall look (see below). I've also got some older Peco and Farish vans that otherwise look okay once weathered but lack these details.
Does anyone know where such transfers might be obtained? I've looked over the Fox Transfers website but haven't been able to find anything quite right. The closest seems to be FRH2960 (http://www.fox-transfers.co.uk/products.cgi?categoryid=638&ordernumber=502826274912), described as "BR Transition Era freight General Van Graphics Pack including VANWIDE, ALE, INSUL-FISH and many more. Includes 30 numbersets and many useful items, including XP, black patches, tares, wheelbases". But while it might have some useful transfers, I can't really tell from their low resolution image (http://www.fox-transfers.co.uk/image_display.cgi?image=11m96yKMkCSm..jpg).
Cheers, NeMo

Modelmaster may do a suitable set of transfers. Check the N Gauge Society shop.
