has any Bachmann Collectors Club member received the 2013 Regent tank wagon yet ?

( if so , the posties kids will be enjoying playing with one that dad 'brought' from work  :D )

I asked at the international n gauge show and they said max of 2 weeks, but it's been a month  :'(

thanks for the heads up guys , the last collectors mag did say to be delivered from the start of October , maybe 2014 !
