Dunno if it's happened wherever you are reading this, but here in Australia, the Google sign is a Doctor Who game today (Friday 22nd Nov), celebrating 50 years of the good Doctor.
Anyway, I just played it, and it took me 35 minutes to complete - when I should have been vacuuming the house! :laugh3:
Just the regular Google logo here in the US, although it is still only Thursday night. Somehow I don't think we will get Dr Who tomorrow, something remembering John F Kennedy is much more likely...
Yeah, the papers are full of it over here too, Mike, and there's been JFK shows on telly all week.
They say if you were alive at the time, you remember what you were doing. Well, that's true. I do.
But I also remember the very 1st episode of Dr Who as well.... me Dad had been down the pub on a Saturday arvo, and had been watching Grandstand to get the footy scores. Anyway, on came this thing between Grandstand and Jukebox Jury.... wondered what the heck it was, and of course by Christmas half the nation were hooked on it!
