Title: How it was.
Post by: Dorsetmike on October 13, 2013, 12:34:09 PM
I was tempted to put this in the workbench/scratch building section, then again it could go in real railways, however my thoughts run to how the "Elfin Softy" brigade would view this. Regardless of all that it's an interesting bit of film.

That was a pretty good film, never seen EMUs being built before. No safety clothing , just a flat cap and a pair
of corblimey trousers. The woman in the ticket office at my local station wears an orange vest !

Fascinating.
The train that is, not the idea of a safety string vest.
