Looks a bit nutty , but quite entertaining, change at Wayne Rooney for all stations to Geoff Hurst etc....
This idea has already been done before with Simon Patterson's The Great Bear (http://www.tate.org.uk/art/artworks/patterson-the-great-bear-p77880/text-summary)
Unfortunately the Tate Modern are not posting a picture of the artwork because of copyright restrictions although it can be found elsewhere on the web. I used to have a print of 'the Great Bear' behind my desk at one of the organisations where I worked.
Perhaps I am missing the obvious but what is a "FA Tube Map" :dunce:
To celebrate the FA's 150th anniversary they have done a version of the tube map where the name of stations
and lines are changed to those of famous footie players and managers. I don't see the connection but it's
entertaining for about 5 minutes.

I love the expression; "He's East Ham", as in "One stop short of Barking"

I wonder if John Terry's on it.... :D
Although back in the 60's I was a 'Ammers supporter I'm not a football supporter any more, (I prefer the oblong shaped ball) even so, I have to say the map is very clever in its concept.

Of course he is - a couple of stops up from the river!
Perhap's he's shouting "Mind the gap" , or maybe "Mind your language " .... :D
