Has anyone heard anything about delivery dates for this yet? I can't make TINGS this weekend but if someone could ask Dapol the question and post any reply I'd appreciate it.
Thanks
Nick

Has anyone heard anything about delivery dates for this yet?
The most recent mention on Dapol's Facebook page, in reply to the question on 23rd August was:
Quotethey are due to go aboard ship on the 9th September, so early October they should be being despatched from us.
Regards, Gerry 8)
Thanks Gerry,
I'm afraid I can't make head nor tails of Facebook so tend to steer clear!
Cheers
Nick

As do many others, whether for the same reason as you or simply out of principle ;)
It's a poor state of affairs IMO when you are expected to sign up to these social network monstrosities to find out anything when they have a perfectly good (and universally accessible!) website that they SHOULD be using for giving information

Oh! I agree completely, I would never be even slightly interested in actually signing up to all that palaver
It has at times been seriously confusing when there have been three possible sources of information, in particular when you're not being informed by the same individual.
However, you don't have to be signed up to view the opening page (or whatever it's called :smiley-laughing: ) - I most certainly am not - it does mean you are limited in following the most recent stuff, but it has been worth the occasional glance whilst on the main Dapol site.
I often take a glance at motoGP commentary guys Toby Moody amd Jules Ryder for breaking news and merry quips - which is apparently called Twitter, which to my old-fogyism is the same kind of junk generally ::)
Regards, Gerry - where's my 'Luddite' smiley? 8)

Blimey - are they still going? :o
Sadly I have to put up with the BBC mob - bring back Keith Huewen I say. He used to have me in stitches :smiley-laughing:
Yeah,yeah, I know :offtopicsign: :telloff:
I was told at the end of September.

The set was due in this week according to Dapol members page and I've just had an unidentified amount taken off my card for the same amount. :claphappy: :bounce:
Lets have a yabba dabba dooooooo time :claphappy:
Thanks for heads up on this, might have to rejoin the club PDQ
I don't think the words "quick" and "Dapol" really belong in the same sentence

It's arrived!!
Wet, bedraggled postman delivered this morning. Unfortunately he handed it to SWMBO who is on half term break this week .... stormy weather likely to continue in Mid Wales .....!
Superb weathered green 22 plus 6 weathered milk tanks, and all for the bargain price of £110 including delivery. Worth the membership on it's own, never mind the Westerns at £75 on the open day event.
Now, how can I settle the stormy waters ....

Look excellent... Wish I had ordered one now
They probably still have some for sale - worth ringing the shop.
It is still worth the membership fee if you get the limited editions and go to the open day.
They did say any left over would be sold in the online shop.
It's not too late for member as link say:

I agree they are very nice indeed. Just need to add a BG for a fully prototypical milk train. Here is my set trundling down the creamery at Chew Magna.
