Both yesterday and today I have tried to make a couple of posts only to find they vanished into the ether. Usually if I try to post at the same time as someone else, I get the Warning message about someone else posting, but on these 2 occasions, although I could see someone simultaneously posted, there was no warning and my posts just vanished.
Anyone else experienced this? :confused1:
Yes - happens now and again :(

Sometimes you can get your draft reply back by using the back button and then re-posting. Sometimes I copy the post, just in case it gets lost in the ether
It happened to me twice yesterday. As Pengi said, use back buttons to get your text back back then post.
In both instances this worked for me.
Hi
Yes many times - thought it was me - or just magic. Only happens after half hour of typing!!
Cheers
Mac :beers:
I have had this happen as well and by some miracle clicking on the back button my message reappeared.
Not willing to risk that again, I highlighted my message and copied it just in case, however it did post at the second attempt :)
Could be a server issue. Any idea how long it's been going on for? A day, couple of days, week..... ???
I first reported it on Aug 14 2012 and it had been happening for months before - so over a year
This was my first post:

Happened to me last Friday morning (been away the weekend) .. and I thought it was me being dumb, as usual!
