Huge thanks to Ollie for taking on and completing the task of this years poll. :claphappy: :admiration:
Well done Ollie!
Great piece of work Ollie. It must have been extremely time consuming to put together.

Indeed we are! But to be fair, we did get get a lot of what we asked for last year :claphappy:
Although who knows when these new models will actually arrive
Come on Dapol, where are the 22’s and Westerns >:(
Yeah.... just looking at Dapol's OO version of the 22 in 'Britain's Model Trains 2013' - it would fit in a treat on Chetcombe, Mike!
Thanks for compiling that.
Very interesting.
:'(
I'm the only one to have voted for a class 483...
Nobody else interested ?
I see class 17 well placed in the list. Good news.
Anyway, many thanks for this poll !
I've got the drawings for the 483 but it's a bit of an obscure item with a slightly limited range of operation. I think you are more likely to get 1938 stock and have to modify that.
And anyway the 485 and 486 are much better :P

Is the farish peak really that bad? I havent heard many complaints up until i saw it made joint third?
I did once speak to bachmann at ally pally that if they were ever going to be retolling the 40 and the response was "i would think its worth a bet that it will be comming along at some point!"

Its got a few minor flaws (extra grooves on the nose, bogies too wide) but nothing that serious. It does however lack a DCC socket and lights.

I'd like to see the Bulleid diesels; one would make a nice change on the Atlantic Coast Express to Exeter. 8-)
I would like to see a J21. A better j94.
Now an n gauge pug would make me quiver and any l and y loco's. Oh my that would be something
I did once try and build an unmotorised pug... boy are they tiny. In the end it was just too fiddly in etched form
