Title: Minor Victory
Post by: Luke Piewalker on May 20, 2013, 09:41:56 PM
Stripped my old 25 down (it was my first N gauge engine, second hand some time around 1990ish, 3 pole motor, brass gears), gave it a good clean and after a modicum of jiggery and pokery managed to get it back together and working!!! Go me!!!  :claphappy:

All the time I was doing it all I could think was 'I wonder if they still do spares for these'...
There was more of the brushes spread liberally around the inside of the motor than there was left on the brushes!  :confused1:
