Hi,

I have just purchased a set of 4 OTA's kits and im looking for some advice on building them. The kit looks like it goes together pretty easy, But am i best to paint the kit before or after construction? What colours should i use?

Personally I would build it first then paint.

Colours depend on which variant (angular or flat top ends) and what period you are modelling.

They have been at least: railfreight red, Thames Board blue and EWS maroon IIRC. Often with the stakes a green colour. Thanks Mike.

As im modelling mid to late 80's i would say that its Raifreight red and Thames blue.
