OK Its being delivered today
[/BUTb] the delivery was free
The snag being that I was promptly given membership of Amazon prime for a year for a one off payment of £79.   
Ive got 7 days to cancel things so once the PSU is delivered my membership will (I hope) be terminated.
I am now sat in a darkened room fuming quietly to myself. 

I would advise that you cancel it yourself or you could find that by not cancelling means you agree have it.

Knowing what Storm Katy has thrown at Heathrow last night/this morning I'm not surprised it was diverted.

I'm amused by the whingers who were supposed to fly into Gatwick yesterday evening/this morning who found themselves at Stansted or East Midlands when their 'plane finally got back to Terra Firma. Maybe they should just be grateful to their pilots and the ATC that they're back on the ground in one piece...

Thanks Bikeracer I have already done that and the trial membership is scheduled to run out on Friday

I wasnt too bothered about the diversion, theres a reason there are minimum landing requirements especially for a slab sided A380. They did arrive around 11 with the crew having done a near 19 hour day so im sure they were happy to get off. What really bugged me was i hadnt brought any of my kit and i was sat watching planes. Even caught a sight of one of Mr Williams A350s which Finnair kindly brought in for the day but no camera 

Oh well alls well now.

Amazon have now email mew to say that my Prime a/c is defiantly going to be closed on Thursday/Friday at no cost to myself

Just noticed my monthly payment for my TV licence has sneaked up by 0.06p. Doesn't sound a lot I know
but, if you take that & multiply by 12 = 0.72p - still doesn't sound a lot 

Now multiply that by say, 25,000,000 licences and the crafty have just made £18,000,000

Just a new phone not insurance all I did was put it on the the cistern while I had a wee, forgot it was on vibration mode
