I'm not sure on the finances at the moment.  I'm due some advertising money from one advertiser, and the donations have been fantastic this month - without me even having to ask!  The biggest outlay will be technician costs.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the members who have donated.  This has been a weight off of my mind to have funds coming in to cover the bills so far.

:NGaugersRule: :thankyousign:

Well, there's a bit more for all the hard work.

Wow, thank you very much for the extra donations.  Really appreciated.

And a little bit more from here. Can't having you get a 99GB SSD card. :)

And I want to say a HUGE thank you to you and the crew that are working on this.  Please let us know if the financial situation needs a bit more of a top-up.

Best wishes.

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

Great to see the 'Gallery' back in operation and also it seems pics have been re-instated in posts (I checked the Glossary of Terms). I've also added a pic and posted it this morning so all seems well in the world again.
Well done all concerned :claphappy:

Is 100GB SSD big enough? 250s are cheap enough, and I'm sure Fund's will Be forthcoming

Yes, 100GB is more than enough for now.  We only really need about 45GB at the moment (and that's 8 yeas worth of data).  No need to spend more money each month for no reason.

Newportnobby

Can you ask Jean to put everything back as it was please? I just don't have the time to go and make a cuppa/sit in the smallest room and do the crossword between reading posts while the forum hangs like it used to. My time is not my own now, and I think you have only done this so the Moderating team works extra hard without breaks :unimpressed:

Yes - I am joking

@Tank

Looks great, all works as I remember it and the speed is picking up.

Glad it is not just me! (See post #9 on 'Posting Photos on NGF' under 'Computer Help').
David.
I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.

Yes same for me, I go to reply to thread on my layout thread, upload photo to gallery off my laptop, soon as I press add photo it comes up with not a valid file. It always used to work that way  :hmmm:
