They had a nice example of a roundhouse at Leicester which ticks all of the boxes except it wasn't GWR...

wish i had been alive to see leicester roundhouse!!!!! beal street depot is so boring now, just the odd GBRF 66 stationed there and some cement wagons...

On a smaller scale, the North Eastern Railway built roundhouses at North Blyth and Tyne Dock, to name but two. There were others.

Just found this thread. Inverness had a roundhouse. Although it was intended to be, it wasn't a complete circle though and it obviously wasn't GWR!
