@Railwaygun is it possible to list those who've requested invitations so far, as this thread has been ticking along for a while and it'd be good to see whose coming and also if people wish to car share etc?

Whoop, whoop! That's lifted my mood for today. Thanks for your work organising this Nick. :beers:

Railwaygun

when we get details, people can pair/car share. I will find a local pub for lunch / or do people want to bring sandwiches?

We don't charge an admission fee but ask each individual to make a suggested donation of £10 to help cover the running costs of the museum and railway.

Great news to brighten the day!

Could we change the thread title to reflect the new date please. My old brain might see me turning up on the 20th! :o

To save a three hour+ trip down from north of Boston I'll be setting out on the Friday and staying closer, probably near Brackley.  If anyone needs a lift along my route from there and back on the Saturday, let me know. (I'm happy to make slight detours off the A43, M40)

Looks like a good lunch/tea venue Nick.

Oops!  I'll have to rethink my route and overnight. From 30 years of living near Silverstone, it's a no-go area on the weekend of the British Grand Prix!
