Brighton Belle. Broken plastic/electrical coupling on power car.

I've broken the tiny plastic coupling on the rear of my Hornby Arnold Brighton Belle power car which has left the wiring link dangling.
The replacement part no. is HN3000/12 and to my mind is not something I would like to fit. There are some minute springs which are bound to disappear.
Does anybody know any competent n gauge repairers who'd be prepared to tackle this?

You could try contacting Hornby direct. I know they have a workshop for such things.
