not so much a case of
tip toe through the tulips

more a case of blunder through the buttercups :D

as I achieved the ripe old age of 76 yesterday, the family arrived yesterday to deliver gifts and cards.

After gaffer taping it all down that night until I could apply a fix, I returned the following day and yes @Redcap244 (https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=profile;u=10040) the water bowl was upside down on bare boards as she had ripped it all up again including the gaffer tape.
