Not having a go but you did ask. 20-30 seconds to just view anything for the last few hours, 1 minute before I could write this reply, after pressing reply and about 10 minutes ago the whole site went off line saying it was overloaded or something like that.

It also took around 3 minutes (maybe longer) for my post to get added to the thread once i clicked the post button.

So, there is a problem with the MySQL database using the whole CPU on the server.  I've asked our amazing tech to look at it when he's first available, as I don't have enough brain cells to do that!

When posting a reply we used to be able to look down the previous posts and quote from one, say, 10 posts back.
As it stands it's causing multiple posts rather than one post with several quotes in it

Oh I see.  You must be using the 'Quick Reply' at the bottom of each Thread.

So, just above that, on the right, will be a blue button saying 'Reply'.  Hit that, and that will give you the full ability of replying, and seeing past posts to quote.

Bookmarks will come back as soon as the modification is modified for this forum. 

NGF Links, we'll have to look at when the Menu can be easily customised in a modification.  At the moment they have to be hand coded.

How I did it:-
Hit Reply, scroll down to past posts, hit Quote button on the right of post that I want to quote.

How I did it:-

Yeah - I've done that with no problem but try putting quotes from more than one post in the same reply please

Aha! The florin has dropped.
'Insert Quote' has just been replaced by the ability to use 'Quote' as many times as desired.
Oddly, when I tried this yesterday I was only allowed the one quote as opposed to multiples.

One bonus for me is when I 'Mark all posts as read' I am prompted to confirm the action. Previously, being a numpty I would occasionally hit that by mistake and lose everything. Another 'Thank you'
