My neighbour received one of these emails and found it very upsetting. If these people get caught they should throw the book at them. 😠

not had any of them yet  :thumbsup:

but then again, my broadband keeps dropping out and Virgin are totally incapable of sorting it  >:(

sent me one of the things that plug into the mains because their wi-fi can't reach 30 ft through the house  :veryangry:

finally they sent me a new hub, after a hell of a struggle, and that's just the same  :censored:

needless to say, I'm arranging another supplier for when my 12 month contract is up.

not much chance of that, they are most likely on another continent.

if only acko22 was still able to function, with a location he could have dealt with the  :censored:
