Django Reinhardt, jazz guitar genius and of course Stephane Grappelli. Used to go to a festival at Samois sur Seine where he lived, lovely island setting, great atmosphere, guitar makers workshops and jam sessions, heard some amazing music. Stopped going when the organisers started featuring modern discordant jazz. Oh and yes there was a beer tent!  :beers: Just a little taster

all the way from Japan, the girl on the violin was really fantastic

for the confederates amongst you, this guy flew over from the states with his bass

and they got a great sound

and the ferry could be quite fun especially when I spotted the 3 for 2 offer on Pedigree

It's a shame they original Poormouth line up split, that was basically half the Strawbs + some other brilliant musicians..
