Mystery Model

I acquired the following a while back and I'm trying to work out what it actually is. It has been numbered as an LYR class 23, but it isn't the LYR kit, doesn't have splashers has the wrong saddle tank etc.

It was with a second loco numbered 52542 despite being an ABS kit of an ex GCR  J52 (and which at some point I shall rescue from its LMS disguise indignity)

It's a white metal kit of some kind, quite heavy and while on a Farish 08 (old) chassis I am not sure that was the intended drive.

Anyone recognize it ?

My guess is that two kits have been mashed together to make a freelance loco...

I'd guess PD Marsh J94 and mystery guest !
