Atlas European tank wagons

My fellow N-Gauger's

I have just been given two 'Atlas'- brand European-type  4-wheeled tank wagons; one marked for BP, the other Shell.  They are both in reasonable condition, and will definitely be of use, although probably repainted and weathered.

Seeking to learn more about them, and being 'Atlas' brand, I had thought that there would be some information about them, so did a search on-line, but such has not proven to be the case.

As a result, what can anyone tell me about these items, which I believe are probably 1960's vintage?
