Whilst mooching about YouTube the other day I came across this https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLhFHD8go5ZdrgsP1TdMXo3GPzrVPK8Ha and spent a very happy few hours watching these videos and feeling an immense amount of pride in these very brave people.

For those not in the know, Tea & Medals is a phrase used within the Forces after any incident that involve the release of adrenaline or a sticky situation, the phrase being "Thank god thats over, back to Camp for tea & medals all round"

The chap doing the interviewing, Darren Coventry, is an ex-Serviceman, well he's an ex-Redcap but we won't hold that against him
