Start as you mean to go on  ;D
You took the very words from off my keyboard :) !

Congrats to Skyline and the intended one.  :beers:

Would it be too eary to enquire if this may lead to some little replicas ?
Some Nippers, that you will be surprised to find grow in scale OOh so rapidly,
and can become even more expensive than other hobbies that I could mention.

I suppose it wouild not be diplomatic to enquire if this was an impulse   buy  aquisition, as can be a hazzard in other hobbies, - I am led to believe -
heheee, forgive me, I couldnt resist ;)

Nippers (scale TBD) may well follow, I had an odd feeling leaving Peco today that the next time I visit may well be with offspring.....well it's as good an excuse as any.

Ref proposal: nothing impulse about it. Military planning since last year, funds hidden for ring since April, ring hidden since July

Now THAT is what will stop the CJM purchasing!  ::)

Horribly expensive things, huge drain on the resources, time, sanity, etc

:claphappy: :claphappy:  Sent Douglas of Wickness my Minitriix Crocodile a while back and asked if it was possible to DCC chip it. He offered to look into it but it would be a first for him so no guarantee that he could do it. I sent it anyway and had an invoice and a U tube link  showing me the results come today

Babysitting this morning. Spent some time watching model railway videos on YouTube with him, he's definitely entranced by moving model trains both in video (I had to keep skipping through shots of only scenery) and on my layout. Then continued watching similar Youtube videos (with occasional breaks to de-drool the floor) while he entertained himself in various corners of the living room. Hopefully he will tire himself out soon so I can get back to ballasting...
