Title: John Ayrey (B-T Models)
Post by: port perran on October 16, 2011, 08:57:20 PM
Just noticed an ad in the latest British Railway Modelling mag for John Ayrey (B-T Models). They feature 1:148 Scale commercial vehicles Foden & Albion flatbeds plus leyland box trucks. These would (I think) fit in nicely on my early 1960s branch line layout.
Anyone any experience of this supplier ? Are the vehicles of good quality (they look OK in the advert!) and importantly , are they really the correct scale ?

Hi i cannot comment on the particular models  you  mention  but  John Ayrey are a fine company who when i  was with the  model  shop   we used  regularly & always gave excellent service.

Just looked on their site click  on the browse catalogue tab  &   if you scroll  down   to  the bottom of this  link  they are listed along with prices.
