Sibley now has to convert that 86 to a hundred

Stokes and Sibley have made steady progress.
If England could reach 450 or thereabouts tomorrow they must be in with a good chance of winning the match.
I'll get round to fixing it drekkly me 'ansome.

A calm measured careful approach was taken hitting only the bad balls and an 18 over spell costing extras was just not good

With rain forecast for Saturday, really need a big score. This England team bat deep so fingers crossed

I'm just hoping there's no batting collapse, but am interested to see how Curran gets on with both bat and ball. Maybe the left hander will play havoc.

Another glorious day in Manchester  :smiley-laughing:

I looked at the forecast last night and a band of rain was shown across Manchester to the east i.e. tracking the M62. Above and below it was fine.
Still, a much improved batting performance yesterday aided by some, at times, comical fielding by W.Indies.

Philip.

19 wickets in two days. It's going to be a long couple of days in the field for England I think.

I agree. W Indies aren't the pushover they were a couple of years ago.

Wonder what Ben Stokes plan is this morning :smiley-laughing: :smiley-laughing:

Windies 312 required. Have england given themselves enough time to bowl and take all ten wickets

Good start broad

Good start England, all set up for some Stokes magic this afternoon

Brooks and Blackwood are proving to be rather stubborn and hard to break down.
