Last one today for you, found this from David Sinclair.

It certainly brings it all back to me!

Thanks for that link.
It certainly does "bring is all back to me".

I liked the reference to O Caroline by Matching Mole. A really quirky little song which has long been a favourite of mine.
Cheers
Martin
I'll get round to fixing it drekkly me 'ansome.

Used to listen to the ying tong song as a kid. It's not playing brilliantly on the phone, but it brings back memories!
Vision over visibility. Bono, U2.

Well....that one needed a search to track it down.
Interesting but definitely not my cup of tea I'm afraid.

Another of my favourites which a lot of people will probably know.
Tedeschi Trucks Band with their classic Midnight in Harlem live :

Thanks for that link to Sue Foley.
That's someone else for me to investigate further.

Now...going back to bands I saw in the early 70s, these were, at the time, a revelation.
Osibisa were great fun and so enthusiastic.
I saw them twice once at Devizes and once at Chrltenham suppirted by, if I remember correctly, Capability Brown.

I Am Kloot Another great little band with a marvellous name that we first saw supporting The Bluetones at The Cavern in Exeter in about 2005.

We saw them again at Glastonbury in 2010 when guitarist John Bramwell also performed a solo acoustic set in "The Garden" including this, my favourite track :

We saw them yet again at Glasto in 2013

They might take a bit of getting used to but well worth further listening.
Cheers

At the moment: OMD's new album Bauhaus Staircase and Slowdive's Everything is Alive. Both are brilliant (imho...)

Off to see Slowdive tonight at the Troxy in East London.
If it moves and shouldn't, duct tape. It it doesn't move and should, WD40...

Hi Andrew, @AndrewPH , interesting indeed - I kinda dip in and out of Rush but I do like this....

Cheers,

Tim
