Aldi are selling the Adventuridge 4 Fold Table, here's a link to the details but at present their website is having problems so I'm not sure the link will work.

Basically they're quoted as 240 x 60 cm unfolded, height 53/71.5 cm.  They can carry around 40kg and weigh 8.7kg.  Folded, they are 60 x 60 x14 cm.

They may be of use for layout building.

There were 289 available online last time I checked.  I have not seen them in our local store.

The link seems to be working now.

Link worked fine for me.

Certainly looks somewhat better than those awful pasting tables some folk try and use.

Some people may find them useful, but the pasting tables are not as low as the Aldi one, they have three extra heights of 79, 86 and 93 cm which sounds more suitable to me.

I've been forced into buying  one of these for non-railway purposes.

Not very sure that it would really support the weight quoted and not as stable as I would like.  Does look well made though and no faults noticed yet.

Am rather dubious that it would be suitable for a model railway, and not very high either.
