If you turn left when you get to Driver Training, you'll find it just about a mile past Private.

As a bus driver I can inform you that 'Sorry not in service' means many things....

1: Haven't got to my starting point yet, so you got a long wait !
2: On my break... go away !
3: Broke down again, ask me why and i'll bore you to death in glorious detail...
4: Whoops ! Forgot to change it, thought it was quiet today....
5: Driving assesment - boss on board 'cause i was naughty...
6: FINISHED !!! Last one back to the yard is a muppet !

I too am a bus driver, how about this one:

A young child has project vomitted the entire contents of her stomach all over the seat opposite changing the seat colour from blue to white with orange and green bits.

This happened to me today, had to drive 6 miles with a very strong, pungent odour.

As a matter of interest 4x2becauseican,which company do you work for?
Pete

The classic seat of sick ! ewww !!!! Been there, it's not nice...
I work for Bath Bus company at the moment, been here about 10 years driving Tour buses around Bath. I started out with Badgerline in Bristol for 3 years, and moved to Bath bus in 2001. A really good bunch of guys here and a good working atmosphere, which is probably why i'm still here !

Yep,been doing this job on and off for 20 years now,had a break from it for 4 years from 2005 to 2009.I had to go back to it after 4 years of self employment due to the wonderful handling of the economy by the last government, god bless em!
I've seen some sights in my time, human behaviour is a fascinating and often downright frightful subject but moneys money and we must utilise what we have to our best abilities.I work for one of the big 3 bus operators, named after a day of the month, usually at the beginning.
My work mates are a good bunch of blokes and lasses which makes up for the other side to the job.As they say,a happy bus is an empty one.

God I am getting old, it took me a bit to sus out the company that you were on about.
It wasn't the FIRST one that came into my mind as I was wrongly going through days of the week and trying to get a large bus operators name from them.

On a slightly different note you have just reminded me that I still have a few shares in the company from when they run FNW and gave them out to employees.

As i have nothing to do with them (thank god !), i can say that locally they're known as 'Worst Group'.....

I don't think it's just because of the last Government - it's all of them regardless of their political colour including the communists, the fascists, the democrats, the republicans, the socialists, the trade unions, and of course the bankers, the Euro, the HSE, Obama, Osama, and uncle Tom Cobley and all.
